The various means of detecting and measuring radiation are explained so that anyone can benefit from this book. Numerous circuits and instructions are included for building your own gieger counter. Allis explained in weveryday terms. Contains hundreds of diagrams and pictures. .. Measures 8 1/2 inches high x 5 1/2 wide.
